Strange Dreams.

I had a number of strange but ultimately forgettable dreams last night, but they all shared one peculiarity. I wasn't in them. I was the voice-over narrator. I haven't had THAT happen before.

I wasn't kidding about the forgetability of the dreams. By the time I wrote the above they were just vague blurs and now they are gone altogether.

Had I written the above note when I first got up, I may have remembered to include enough detail to key some memories, but alas I did not.

Do you do any dreamwork ever?

I don't know. I'm not sure what the term means.

This is pretty much what I think it is. I don't know an awful lot about it myself, but I think it can only be helpful to understand your own dreams...

Well, I've never done anything formal like that, in a discussion group and all, but I generally agree with what it says. Dreams show you whats going on in your subconscious and can help you get a grip on things. And, of course, everybody differs in what their dreams 'mean' in that different people have different associations.

That said, I don't think that the messages in dreams are coming from anywhere other than our own subconsciouses, but that's not to say they aren't important.
