I had a number of strange but ultimately forgettable dreams last night, but they all shared one peculiarity. I wasn't in them. I was the voice-over narrator. I haven't had THAT happen before.
Well, I've never done anything formal like that, in a discussion group and all, but I generally agree with what it says. Dreams show you whats going on in your subconscious and can help you get a grip on things. And, of course, everybody differs in what their dreams 'mean' in that different people have different associations.
That said, I don't think that the messages in dreams are coming from anywhere other than our own subconsciouses, but that's not to say they aren't important.
My favourite dreams are the ones that mess with sense of self. In one, I was a pair of siblings. I had two minds and two bodies, but one conciousness. I could think simultaneously or seperately in both minds, and act similarly in both bodies. This made me the perfect investigators when there was an accident on the space station.
