Learning to Lie
Mar. 28th, 2008 01:24 amRecent research (some of it done here in Montreal) shows that most kids learn to lie from their parents. Sometimes by imitation, and sometimes because of the sorts of positions parents put their children in.

April Drawing.

april_drawing. Its a community that asks folks to draw something -- anything -- every day during April and scan and post it to the community. Some of the folks in the community are incredibly talented professional artists, and some folks just doodle with stick figures. All levels of talent are welcome!
I'm not going to participate this year (despite desperately needing to improve my drawing skills) because I have far too much on my plate right now and one more straw could break the camel's back. Still, I'm going to be watching what people produce and hopefully I'll be able to participate next year.
