The Too Early.

8:00 am came way too early today, as I was up past 2:00 am. That hadn't been the plan. I just lost track of time as I blissed out after an amazing meal. Together taxlady and I made a foodgasmic lasagna. I had the happy-tummy smile for hours afterwards.

It did take a while to make though. I don't think we ate before 10:00 pm, so it was past 1:00 am before I realized that I had to start getting ready for bed. Luckily once I was in bed, sleep came quickly.

Now I have to quickly down some coffee and eat breakfast before heading out to Tim's house to help him with a day of moving. Joy.

The Insidious Baby Effect

Last night while watching television with taxlady, I noticed she had gotten out her knitting supplies. She hasn't done that in many years. When I asked what she was doing, she said she was crocheting a pinafore for baby Erika.

Babies. They have some sort of strange mind control emanations. That's all I can think of for an explanation. Maybe that's not so far fetched. After all, they have many well-known emanations that cause emotive reactions in adults, although most of the ones I can think of cause the reaction of 'Ewww!'
