The Insidious Baby Effect

Last night while watching television with taxlady, I noticed she had gotten out her knitting supplies. She hasn't done that in many years. When I asked what she was doing, she said she was crocheting a pinafore for baby Erika.

Babies. They have some sort of strange mind control emanations. That's all I can think of for an explanation. Maybe that's not so far fetched. After all, they have many well-known emanations that cause emotive reactions in adults, although most of the ones I can think of cause the reaction of 'Ewww!'

Heh... I know. I have the same reaction to babies, generally. I have a niece who is eight months old and I always want to make or buy her things.
