Other than the fact that I appear to be alive, and awake, I ain't got much else to report yet.

Butterbur vs Migraines.

Butterbur is a herbal rememdy that has long been taken by Migraine sufferers to alleiviate their symptoms, but with little scientific support of its effects. Now a trial has shown that it can reduce the frequency of Migraine attacks by 50%, and may lead to better migraine drugs.

I should be *doing* stuff now.

But, I really don't wanna. I don't actually feel like doing anything much right now but vegetating. *bleah* I had had all these plans too...
