Well, it seems that the weaning didn't work, and that I HAD allowed myself to get caffeine addicted. So right now the both of us have nasty withdrawl headaches.

I'm gonna go lie down. (again).

How many coffees were you having per day? The more you consumed, the slower you need to wean yourself off caffeine! Perhaps cutting your intake in half and seeing how that goes could be easier. =)

I'm with you on the big coffee mugs! I bought one just yesterday that is nice and big. Heheh.

If you've found it easier in the past to quit straight off the bat, than you should continue on with what works for you. I quit having coffee at home and replaced it with tea about a month ago and I found I had no withdrawal symptoms at all.

Anyway, kind of babbling here. Glad to hear you feel better now, and keep up the good work if you can! =)
