Look at me! I'm a Roller Coaster!

swestrupOof. Today was, indeed, an emotional roller coaster. I did the phone inteview thing this afternoon, which went well but left me emotionally drained. Then I got an e-mail about the Vinyl Digitization project which indicates that that route has dead-ended.
The letter said something like (paraphrasing heavily here): "After thinking about your idea on the weekend, I regret to say that I don't think I can help you. I also don't know of anyone who could. Sorry."
Normally that shouldn't bother me, given that the other project now has some life in it, after I had pretty much written off that approach. Still, it does. I think I'm just too tired and too drained to cope with much of anything right now. I'm going to hit the sack soon and get a good nights rest. That way I'll be able to reassess things in the morning with a clear head.
