Ghosts of Hangovers Past

I feel like I have a hangover today. My head is throbbing, my eyes are burning and my stomach is quite queasy. The problem is, I didn't touch a drop of alcohol last night, or the night before, for that matter.

So, this must be some ancient ghost of a hangover from seasons past, come back to haunt me.

Are you drinking enough water? I know you've probably turned the heat on and I used to get the worst no-alcohol hangovers when I turned the heat on.

No, we haven't turned the heat on yet. But, it did feel like severe dehydration. Not sure what could have caused it though. The only thing I can think of is the pot of peppermint tea I drank to help me sleep. I didn't think that would have that kind of effect. (especially since the peppermint/spearmint tea I was drinking before never did that.)
