According to a large number of newspapers, Bush has admitted that he was planning to invade Iraq from the day he took office, and was just looking for a good excuse. More info can be found here, among other places.

I was amazed at how the article tried to spin it in a less negative light. Hell, just the fact that Bush tried to pass the buck onto Clinton, who was criticized by Republicans for not taking Hussein down... it's incredibly galling.
Someone should try to explain to Dubya how getting Americansw killed over lies doesn't make it better. Try, because I don't think he's smart enough to understand it.
