Somnophobia?

What do you call the fear of sleep? Somnophobia? Hypnophobia? Anyway, I guess I have a bit of that, since I was woken from a nightmare quite a few hours ago, and I've been finding reasons not to go back to bed. That can't last forever though, and I'm starting to reach the point of collapse.

So, I guess I will soon head to bed, fortified with quite a few glasses of wine, and hope that what dreams might come will be pleasant ones.

I'd call it a Very Bad Idea. Unfortunately, I'd also call it a Well Known Very Bad Idea.
