Good and Bad.
May. 12th, 2007 04:14 pmWell, I seem to be over that bout of insomnia I was having for the last two weeks. Its now been 3 or 4 nights when I've slept solidly and gotten enough sleep. On the other hand, I'm now regularly falling asleep at around 8:00 am and waking up at 4:00 pm. That's not a very useful slice of the day if I want to see anyone or get anything done. The question is: dare I play with my sleep schedule when its been so broken lately?
