Nightmares.

It took me forever to fall asleep again. I didn't manage until early this morning, and now I've just been woken up by a nightmare. I dreamed that my youngest brother had died many years ago and that I was still working through the grief. It wasn't at all pleasant. It may be a while before I can sleep again.
