Going to spend the rest of the day dusting, I suspect. Yesterday I spent over at
sps' house playing a very long game of Duel of Ages. I'm getting much better at that game, but he still beat me.
Today, we need to prepare to paint the basement. Preferably we'd be painting today, but there is a thick layer of plaster dust over every surface in the basement, which we need to vacuum up, dust off, or otherwise wipe down before we can have any hope of the paint bonding properly. I slept in today, so I'm just now out of my shower and once I'm dry it will be time to get to work and get dirty again.
I fully recognize the inherent futility in showering before doing dirty work, but I need to be awake in order to work, and my morning shower is a necessary part of that waking up process.
