Hmm. What to do?

swestrupI suppose I really should do something today. It looks like anything involving focus or concentration is out though, as I just haven't managed to pull any of that together. I suppose I could spend a few minutes picking up the mess that is in my office. All of the good work I did in that regard got negated a week ago during (yet another) crisis and now I have computer parts scattered everywhere.
I also need to (hand) wash the dishes again. The man from Sears was here yesterday and says that the door sensor is fried which is why the washemupatron won't switch on. He's ordered a replacement part and will be back on Tuesday to install it. Meanwhile our dishes needs are being handled the old-fashioned way. I know some folks on my f-list don't have dish washers and therefor will not be terribly sympathetic to my plight, but honestly the stress deciding who's turn it is to do the dishes is the only thing that has ever threatened this marriage. We hate it that much.
