sps. It was nice to get out and connect with an old friend like that again. We had breakfast (after a certain amount of running around in the rain and waiting in line), sat and chatted in a coffee shop, and then had supper.
All in all it was excellent for my morale. On the other hand, I spent more than I had planned. That's pretty much it for me doing anything at all expensive for the rest of the month at least. Still, I think it was worth it. I was beginning to feel like I was growing moss here at home.
My only regret is that I didn't get one word writtin on my NaNoWriMo novel (although I did havesps help me with some plot points). On the other hand, tomorrow is dedicated to nothing but writng (and travelling to and from writing locations...) We'll see if a writing jam helps my productivity at all, or not.
And now, I'm feeling warm, contented, and sleepy. I may just call it a bit of an early night.
