Migraine II: Electric Boogaloo

I thought I had defeated this damn migraine earlier, but its come back to haunt me. Normally I don't do caffeine this late in the day as it interferes with my sleep cycle, but I don't see much in the way of options now, as I've already taken more AC&C which should have kicked in already, but my head just keeps feeling more and more explodey...
