Better Multimedia Links.

Here's something I've wanted for a while: Links to within rich content like music and videos. Now Google has taken the first step by letting you link to a start location inside a video. It still doesn't allow one to specify a time length though, and I would really like to see this worked into HTML (or its successor) rather than as an add-on from one company, but its a start.

As my new (and former) boss recently reminded me, we had that when I was at the University of Chicago. The world would have been a better place if that had become the WWW, too.
