As I was sitting here reading LJ, my Monitor spontaneously developped a buzzing noise and ripples running down the sides, distorting everything in a seasick-making manner. Its starting to look like I will need to buy a new AC AND a new Monitor real soon...

I wish. The cheapest LCD replacement is still at least $50 more than the cheapest CRT replacement, and I can't afford the extra $50.

That was me... (Viewsonic 20.1) I can't believe how much they've gone down since I bought one (I bought a Samsung - but I had a Viewsonic before and loved it)
