Hummm... That's a hard one, just cause of my personal experience having a learning disability (LD). I have been called stupid way TOO many times... It took me a long time to realize that I am not stupid... but that the people calling me stupid were stupid, AND ignorant.. like this one chick...
True story: - I had a notetaker in college, cause I had trouble organising my thoughts on paper... she was absent one day... so some girl i didn't know from class asked me if she could have my notes. I explained that sure, but that they might not be great cause my note taker wasn't there... and that I have one cause I have a learning disability...
... to which she replied "you don't look stupid" ... *sighs* ... that's just plain her being stupid and ignorant... I am not good at everything, but exceptional at atleast a few things... and definately NOT stupid lol.
