So, maybe its the sleep deprivation, but it suddenly occurred to me that with all of these various 'dedicated' weeks we keep hearing about; you know 'Be kind to squids week', 'International Hairdressers Week', 'Blindness Awareness Week' and so on, there must be some system for getting these declared. A form you fill out, or a petition or something. I figure if I start lobbying for an 'International Stare-at-Breasts Week', I should be able to get a sufficient number of signers-on that it would pass. Heck, just the advertising campaign alone would make the lobbying effort worthwhile.

You can count me amongst the petition signatures. We don't get to stare at breasts nearly enough!
