Sleepy.

I've been feeling quite tired for the last few hours but for some reason just didn't want to go to bed. Well, I think the tired has now won, and I shall be hitting the sack very shortly.

Does anyone else ever get that way? Tired but not wanting to sleep?

Yeah, I get that once a month or so, depending on extent of lifestyle abuse.

I get that all the time, particularly when I'm under stress. Sleeping automatically advances the clock x hours, usually into another day I'm not ready to experience yet!
