taxlady's office has been answering my land line after the first ring, and hanging up on people. It might be her fax modem, or it might be that her two-line phone has developped another strange symptom.
In either case, we've unplugged her office from my line and it should now be possible to phone my home number again. We'll diagnose the problem more thoroughly after the mad rush of tax season is over.
I wonder if anyone other thansps has found it impossible to get through to me for the last few days?
