Today's Disapointment.

I just discovered that the MTHFR gene, which I've been reading about and which is implicated in a fair number of nasty diseases, stands for "methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase" and not "Motherfucker" as I've been assuming.

I don't believe you really thought that stood for "Motherfucker". If you did, you're a silly bugger.

Well, maybe not believed but certainly wondered. Its certainly how I've been pronouncing it for the last few chapters...
