I Don't want to be awake now!

I only slept seven hours, and I'm dead tired. The problem is, the moment I awoke my brain went into overdrive, thinking up plot complications and scenes I want to write for the novel. How the heck am I supposed to get back to sleep with all this noise in my head?

I say open up a .wav file, talk out everything in your head in your own words. When it's all at least digitized, you can sleep peacefully.

Funny enough, I'm awake now too, and I don't want to be either. In my case though, it's because I ate a Michigan hot dog after midnight, which can be construed as Purely My Fault. At least I didn't get it with smoked meat...
