So, last night
taxlady realized that she had forgotten to pick up a permit for us to have a yard sale. That means that we now have a dining room table (plus the surrounding area) piled high with junk, and it will be there for at least a week. :-/
So, I think we shall need to find a way to re-pile it so that it takes up less space than it does now, or we won't have a table to eat off of for that week (unless you count the patio, but as Margaret and

Where I come from in Ontario... you need no such permit. And I don't even think that the cities of London, ON or Windsor, ON need them... I cannot find anything on Toronto or Ottawa's websites to indicate permits are required for yard sales in Ontario...
Can you point me to the Montreal linkage, svp?
