It took over 40 minutes standing in line, but I have my Bibliotheque National Du Quebec card, and I`ve found some books.
It turns out they don`t have much in the way of English information about the library, despite having a decent collection of English books.
They also appear to allow one to post to Livejournal from a library terminal, but I`m honestly not sure if that is due to a decision on their part, or incompetance.
Sadly, I suspect the latter.
