swestrup | My Day.

My day went pretty good up till now. I managed to get up on time and

taxlady and I headed out to the weekly brunch that

mousme has. I had been wanting to go for some time now, and today we finally did. If you count both late straglers and early straglers, there were 10 of us. The only other ones that I know that have LJ blogs were

sorceror and

joenotcharles.

After that we spent a number of hours at Home Depot and then headed home (after a brief detour to collect the daytimer notebook that I had managed to loose at the brunch).

This evening I did a bunch of reading, chatted with some neighbors IRL and chatted with

thebabynancy and

kalkuly online.

Eventually it was bedtime and I went to bed. That's when it all went bad. I've spent the last 45 minutes trying to sleep and all I can think about is Deniz. Bleah.

I think I am going to have another glass of wine and see if that helps. I promised

kalkuly that I would visit tomorrow to help her pack, so I need to be up by around 9:00 am for that plan to work...
