So, did you get around to that RPG on Saturday? 'Cuz of all the people I know, you are the most likely to try a 'remote' enabled game. (Mainly because of all the people I know, you are one of the few that likes to 'fiddle' with computers to get them to do what you want them to.) And I would dearly love to be that guinea pig on the far end.
Nah, the RPG on Saturday was one of two plans that fell through this weekend. The idea was to put together a game to introduce three newbies to RPGs, on a very limited time budget. As a result, I'm going to be relying far more on canned monsters, layouts and stuff than I usually do. I'm going to write far fewer notes than usual, and just wing it more often.
Now, I know lots of folks who've done remote RPG playing. (azrhey for instance.) I've never done that though, and I'm not sure what would be involved. The work of finding out would, I'm afraid, violate the whole idea of a campaign that involves little or no prep time on my part. Sorry.
