Mail Monsters.
Mar. 21st, 2005 10:25 amGot in this morning a bit later than usual, because I took the scenic route from the train station. Rather than take the tunnel from Bonaventure that would have dropped me at the world commerce building a couple blocks from work, I headed outside and walked down Mansfield to the old port, and walked along until I came to McGill and then headed up the street from the port. This route added about 10 blocks to the walk, but it was fun for two reasons:
- I got to walk in the warm air and bright sunshine, which was a very spring thing to do.
- When Strategy First was just getting started, we worked in a tiny "business incubator" at Prince and Commune, in the area which was then a bunch of old warehouses and now is the "Multimedia Center". I was wondering if the old incubator site was still there (as I had recommended it recently to someone, with the caveat that I didn't know if it still existed). Well, it turns out the place does exist, although it looks somewhat fancier than it used to. I picked up a pamphlet there, just to see what services they offer now.
