It seems like everyone I know on LJ is either just getting over a sickness, or is still in its grip. Lets see if I can remember them all:
  • [livejournal.com profile] _sps_ was sick last week, but says he is feeling better now.
  • [livejournal.com profile] azrhey was also sick most of last week but when I saw her at the NYE party, she seemed fine. (Then again, she's one of those people who would still look beautiful 6 weeks after they died, so I can't be sure.)
  • [livejournal.com profile] hub_ has come down with mono, so he counts as a sickie.
  • [livejournal.com profile] denizsarikaya is feeling under the weather.
  • [livejournal.com profile] arymede has come down with something flu-like. OMG: I just noticed she shares a birthday with [livejournal.com profile] denizsarikaya and [livejournal.com profile] bohemianpsyche!
  • [livejournal.com profile] kayleighb is down with a nasty cold.
  • [livejournal.com profile] jenni_the_oddcan't keep anything down.

Is that everyone, or did I miss someone?

I had a sore throat for two days (and it's raining and about 10 degrees Celsius here) but echinacea and vitamins did their job, I'm happy to say. Nose is firmly pressed to grindstone.

I was sick too, I'm over it now but at the NYE party, I was at the trailing edge. Was just a cold, but I had the flu a week before Christmas as well ([livejournal.com profile] denizsarikaya had it too around the same period).

I found this most depressing, as usually I'm very rarely sick, and when I am sick, it's the kind of sickness where I stay in bed and people wonder if I'm going to die. Now I've been sick twice in a row with itty bitty diseases? WTF, don't be disturbing me just for that! Heck, I didn't even miss work, what good is that?

Well, what can I say? It's the truth!

Collect them if you will, but if you're fearing some shortage, don't, because there's plenty more where they come from. ;-)

Family is just over a violently nasty flu bug - but that was before Xmas. Now, it's just the work & school doldrums
