taxlady finished her headless chicken dance and grabbed a taxi for the airport about half an hour ago.
She'll be in California visiting her mother for the next two weeks, and I already miss her. Its the first time we've been separated for more than 24 hours in over 8 years, since before we were even married.
I think I'm going to go back to bed and try and sleep some more, as I only woke up to see her off.
