Malice and Stupidity.

As electricland recently reminded me, it was Robert J. Hanlon who first said, in what has come to be known as Hanlon's Razor: Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.

The problem, of course, is knowing what can be adequately explained by stupidity. Here, for example, is another data point:


I should add that the above chart came from _grey_knight and I don't know if it is true or not. Someone should check out the references on it and see if its legit...
