Malice and Stupidity.

electricland recently reminded me, it was Robert J. Hanlon who first said, in what has come to be known as Hanlon's Razor: Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.
The problem, of course, is knowing what can be adequately explained by stupidity. Here, for example, is another data point:
