Zounds! I have a Brain!

For the first time in roughly a week, my brain has started working. I actually had 3 or 4 good ideas for a project that I'm working on, while I had my first coffee. This is a good sign, as I have to head out the door in 45 minutes to meet with 'K' the entrepreneur.

Was wondering how the meeting went.

I've been wondering that myself! He's essentially asked me back onto the project under the same terms as before. He as much as admitted that the real reason I was let go was because his mother didn't like me, and he's now decided he shouldn't have listened to her.

On the other hand, I found out at the meeting that he has very little programming knowledge, and the AI system that was put together by him and a partner (and which is the prior art we need to extend) was written by the partner and that K has very little knowledge of how it was all actually put together. We also don't have the source code since the company was bought out by the NSA.

So, I dunno what it all means anymore.
