Waisting Away.

So, I've just been forced to dig some old summery pants out of my closet that haven't fit in ages. Now they fit just fine. That's now two pairs of pants that I've shrunk out of. I think this atkins thing is working!

Wow. Good show! SteveO is at the point where only exercise will whittle him down more, so he's doing lots of crunches to try to make the Jewel of His Wisdom (aka his tum) more concentrated and diamond-like.

Yeah, I'm trying to ramp up my excersise as the pounds come off, so that I can build up my stamina and help ensure that they stay off. With any luck this will also help me to have a reasonably high carb tollerance by the time I'm at a more reasonable weight.
