Pretty much as expected: If you don't wake up until 7:00 pm, you don't fall asleep before its tomorrow. Anyway, I'm starting to feel tired now, but I'll probably stay up until around noon (I just mistyped 'noon' 6 times in a row! Errors included 'neen', 'nonn', and 'nooon' -- maybe I'm tireder than I thought!).

Anyway, when I finally go to sleep, it will mark the end of the Induction phase of Atkins and I'll be on to O.W.L. The upshot of which means, although I won't be increasing my carb count at first, I WILL be able to stop counting everything but carbs. Now I'll be allowed as much cheese, cream, veggies and salad as I want, subject only to my daily carb limit. Joy!

I'll then slowly start increasing my carb limits, to find out what my metabolism supports, and what it doesn't. Hopefully, by the time I'm done with OWL and Premaintenance, I'll know exactly what my daily carb limits should be, and how much I can afford to splurge. I'm looking forward to that already, but its something like 6 months off at the moment. It would only be 3 months if I stayed on induction but 1) that would drive me crazy and 2) I wouldn't find out my metabolic limits. Hmph.

Well, after he is done the OWL level, it's on to NEWTs - d-e-licious with a lite BBQ sauce.

Keep up the progress!
