Sleepatronics.

I had a bit of a rough night last night. After I said goodnight to everyone, I just could NOT fall asleep. In the end I listened to music for a few hours to lull me back into a sleeping frame of mind. I finally got to sleep around 2:00 am.

Now, I'm awake again, with the morning gone. A morning during which I had planned to get a half-dozen things accomplished. Oh well. I suppose they shall just have to wait for tomorrow. As is I've just got enough time to get some coffee, a shower and breakfast before I need to be heading out the door.

Then I have 3 different people to see before heading home. Oh, and I should make myself a 'lunch' to take with me, as I won't be home before 9:00 ish, and there's precious little atkins-friendly fare downtown.
