Sleep Time.

I slept in until 4:00 pm today, so I guess its not surprise that I'm only now starting to feel sleepy enough to sleep. Anyway, its been another not terribly productive day. I don't really have the energy to do much but watch TV right now. I even finished the 8-hour Nova miniseries on Evolution today. Over all it was pretty good, but there was only about 15 minutes worth of it that I didn't already know about to some degree. Ah well, at least it passed the time.

The things you never knew. According to the New York Times, the use of Beta-Blockers like propranolol is ubiquitous amongst Classical Music performers to combat stage fright. In fact, it is now in such heavy use that some people are beginning to worry what effect it might be having.
