Some time ago, I replied to a post of [livejournal.com profile] miseri's (which I just now failed to find) in which I said that there was a second renaisance of the arts coming, fueled by the freedom that computers are bringing to the artist. When you can make a movie or an anime, or paint or sculpt, all alone in your house, and put it up on the internet for the world to see, it has an effect. Now there are many things I could point to in order to illustrated what I mean, but I choose this bit of machinima, because its funny:

You can see the polygons, but its still a damn good bit of cinema, and as technology progresses, things like this are going to look more and more real.

My head has been throbbing somewhat all day. As a result its been hard to concentrate. I did get a bunch of stuff worked out WRT the new mail system, but I think I've reached the end of my useful thought processes in that direction today. So, I think I'm gonna watch some TV and vegetate now. Yup.

Oogie.

I don't feel too terribly good right now. Nothing specific, other than a head full of fog, and the headache that has finally subsided now. It all feels like something maybe wrong up in the sinuses and THAT could be the first signs of a cold. In any case, heading to bed now seems like a good plan.

Night All!
