Writing?

I've been reading over some of my more recent posts and all I have to say is "BLEAH"! They're full of typos, spelling mistakes, bad grammar and repetition. I used to be a much better writer than that. I'm not sure if its because I mainly post first thing in the morning and last thing at night, when my brain isn't fully engaged, or because LJ has been the only 'serious' writing I've done for ages and its more important to me to get my LJ thoughts out than it is to have them look good.  I dunno, but I'm not pleased with the over-all trend.

I've had some nice compliments on the writing I did here in my RFID-tags post, and I wasn't terribly happy with it either, so maybe I'm being a bit hard on myself. Then again, I've been seriously thinking of trying to write up some cutting-edge technology articles, like in that RFID post, and submit them to places like BetterHumans. If I can get some articles published on technology issues, I can simultaneously increase my cred as both a technical writer and as a technology analyst. Might help me find some work.
