I seem to be stuck in night mode. I managed (by dint of going with 5-6 hours sleep for a week) to get to bed at 9:00 pm one day and wake at 10:00 am the next morning. That lasted one day. I was up until 5:00 am that night, and slept in until 3:00 pm. Since then the earliest I've managed to get up is 5:00 pm. Today it wasn't until 6:00. Blah. And my back is <i>still</i> aching. Double Blah.
