Picard's Horn?

So, there's a new theory floating around that the universe is, in fact, an infandibulum (although you Vonnegut fans will note that they are NOT saying its chronosynclastic) and with a total volume of only 10³² cubic light years. Thats itsy! Anyway, the particular infandibular shape it has is known as a Picard Horn. I wonder what Star Trek writers will have to say about that?
