Sleep Woes.
Jun. 26th, 2010 06:04 pmWell, so far the light therapy hasn't worked very well. I'm not giving up on it though. I'm going to rotate my hours around the old-fashioned way by staying up as long as I can before going to bed, and then sleeping in as much as possible. Once I'm getting up in the morning again, I'll try to do the light therapy thing at exactly the same time every morning and see if I can manage to 'lock' my circadian rhythms. No idea if it will work, but its worth a try.
In other news, as often happens when I start messing with my sleep schedule, I've got another migraine today. Luckily I've taken my pills and had vast amounts of coffee, so I'm not actually hurting, but I am feeling awfully delicate.
