I had planned to sleep in until maybe 8:00 am today, as I find that a nice decadent time to wake up, without being excessive. Instead I woke up at 5:45 am with what feels like a budding migraine. Its really not a good idea to just roll over and try to sleep in those conditions, so instead I've dragged myself out of bed, taken my meds, and I'm drinking espresso. Hopefully this will nip it in the bud.
