I'm taking a little break right now, due to exhaustion. I just shoveled the back area so we can reach the compost bin, and the front walk so that visitors tomorrow can reach us, and then I walked to the store and back, though knee-deep snow and howling winds so as to make sure we have enough milk to make the pudding for the trifle tonight.

Whew!

Next on the list is sweeping and mopping the floors, but I am going to have to rest for a while first.
