swestrupIn some ways, being home is not as relaxing as I'd hoped. The house is a total disaster. It was when I left as well, so its not really a surprise. Its just that after living for 2 months in a tidy environment, coming back to this is a bit of a shock. Hopefully it will translate into actually doing something about this mess.
Other things are nice though. I'm sitting in my old office again, using a real computer, not a 10-year old laptop, and looking out at trees and rain hitting the window panes. I'm also drinking tea out of my favorite mug.
My luggage, which got misplaced by the airlines yesterday, arrived intact this afternoon, and so I have a bunch of stuff that needs to be put away or sorted through, but for right now I'm content to just sit here, drink tea, and surf the internet.
