swestrupHad a very busy day. Slept somewhat fitfully last night and got up around 10:30 to search for coffee and breakfast. That accomplished I phoned ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
sps to let him know I was awake. He was just finishing breakfast and was dropped off here by his SO as she had things to get done.
We wandered the area talking and catching up on stuff while I did some minor shopping. We finally got back to my hotel room and chilled out for an hour or so until it was time to go out to supper with him and the SO.
Now, I have been dropped off here again, and its time get ready for bed. Tomorrow is the big day when I start work on my contract. I'm hoping that after all of the official exchanges of NDA documents and such has occurred and I've been briefed I'll then be able to let folks know in general who I'm working for, although I'm sure I won't be allowed to reveal any specifics on what I'm doing here.

Date: 2008-08-18 05:43 pm (UTC)BTW, I'm crediting you as my good luck charm. I found my birth certificate and my SIN card while clearing away a few things away. They are now safe in my desk underneath my passport. Whew! ::wipes brow in relief:: Of course, now that I have them, I won't be needing them. Such is the way of the universe.
