It seems Bell Canada has started throttling traffic on DSL lines. These aren't even lines that one is accessing via Bell/Sympatico, but lines that they have leased as 'bare copper' to other ISPs. In other words, your P2P (and other) traffic may be arbitrarily being interferred with, and your ISP won't even know about it. I don't think I have words to express how much I think Bell deserves to be sued for this.
