I don't feel terrible, but my thinking is definitely out of whack. I went to bed early last night, and dragged myself out of bed at 6:00 am after 8 hours sleep. It should have been enough, but as the morning wore on I just kept getting sleepier and sleepier. Eventually I gave up around 10:00 am and went back to bed. I woke up at midnight. I still feel awfully sleepy.

Right now I'm drinking caffeine coffee to prevent a migraine, and will get something to eat (although I don't have much of an appetite either). After that, I just may go back to bed. This very well might put the kabosh on the Valentine's day plans that Linda and I had made for tomorrow.
